Position: Full-Time Hydrologist in Smithers

Join our dynamic team to design and manage comprehensive hydrometric monitoring systems, while collaborating with experienced colleagues in environmental consulting. You will play a crucial role in ensuring project compliance, data quality, and providing technical oversight to junior staff members.

Key Responsibilities:

• Establish and manage hydrometric networks and programs

• Process and analyze various water resource data

• Prepare reports supporting regulatory approval

• Advise clients and stakeholders on project requirements

• Mentor junior staff to enhance their skills and participation

Requirements:

• Degree in Hydrology, Geosciences, or a similar field

• At least 5 years' experience in relevant domains

• Track record in field hydrology and monitoring techniques

• Familiarity with hydrologic and statistical analysis tools

• Class 5 driver's license for potential travel
