As a Water & Wastewater Plant Operator-in-Training at H2O Innovation, you will report to the Operations Lead. You’ll engage in the operation and maintenance of water treatment plants, conduct inspections, and manage work orders. Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure compliance in water and wastewater operations

• Operate treatment plants and sludge processing systems

• Conduct inspections of collection and distribution systems

• Prepare reports for government agencies as necessary

• Support plant team members through guidance and training

Requirements:

• Experience in water treatment preferred

• Must possess a valid driver’s license

• Flexibility for on-call support services

• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel

• Strong oral and written communication skills
