The role focuses on proactive maintenance planning, safety leadership, and coordinating resources for two weeks on/ two weeks off rotations, with a strong emphasis on reliability and cost control. The ideal candidate has a mechanical or electrical engineering background and experience in mining, remote-site operations, and ERP familiarity.
