School-Based BCBA Program Manager

As the BCBA School-Based Manager, you will ensure the implementation of effective strategies that align with BACB best practices. Your position is vital in guiding a team to carry out functional behavior assessments and train school staff in ABA methodologies that improve student outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage ABA program deployment across various school sites

• Supervise Registered Behavior Technicians and their service delivery

• Maintain compliance with BACB and PGCPS standards

• Aid in developing individualized behavior assessments and plans

• Facilitate workshops for educators and guardians on ABA

Requirements:

• Master’s or Doctoral degree in Psychology or related discipline

• BCBA certification with an active Maryland license

• Minimum 2 years in ABA service provision

• Strong team leadership credentials
