This position invites a registered Physiotherapist to work in a multidisciplinary team, focusing on assessment, treatment implementation, and client education. You will contribute to quality assurance, participate in ongoing research, and ensure adherence to professional standards.

Your role will also involve mentoring rehabilitation assistants to enhance collaborative outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess client needs for personalized treatment

• Implement effective physiotherapy programs and plans

• Train clients and caregivers for health independence

• Engage in departmental meetings and quality initiatives

• Directly supervise rehabilitation assistants in treatment delivery

Requirements:

• Current registration as a Physiotherapist in BC

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills

• Experience in multiple rehabilitation environments

• Commitment to client-centric care and ethics

• Ability to work collaboratively under supervision
