Northern Health is seeking a dedicated Community Health Worker II responsible for assisting clients with daily living activities. Your focus will include bathing, grooming, and meal preparation, all while enhancing clients' independence s role involves following a pre-established care plan under the supervision of management, ensuring the well-being of community members.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide daily assistance with bathing and grooming tasks

• Plan and prepare meals in alignment with care plans

• Promote independent living for clients at home

• Perform delegated tasks based on completed training

• Ensure overall well-being of individuals and families

Requirements:

• Registration with the BC Care Aide Registry

• Experience in home support services appreciated

• Strong commitment to client independence and well-being

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to follow care plans and instructions closely
