Term: 16 months, approximately February 2026 to June 2027
Full‑time, Mid‑Senior Level
Responsibilities- Utilize best‑in‑class talent acquisition methodologies, recruiting for all service lines, including tax.
- Collaborate with HR leadership, business leaders, and the Talent Acquisition team to understand key business issues and develop recruitment strategies that proactively identify, source, and screen candidates to build talent pipelines.
- Manage the overall candidate experience, ensuring it reflects MNP values from hiring manager initiation through verbal offer management.
- Assess candidate technical qualifications, skills, and aptitudes against role requirements.
- Guide and coach hiring leaders through the hiring process and interview techniques.
- Provide a personalized and tailored service to meet unique hiring leader needs.
- Develop and maintain long‑term relationships with candidates, networks, hiring managers, educational institutions, and other partners.
- Leverage recruitment technology to enhance recruitment speed and success.
- Maintain an active presence at in‑person events, on Linked In, and relevant social media platforms.
- Report internal metrics, benchmark practices against industry standards, and recommend market trend insights.
- Minimum five (5) years of accounting, tax, and/or consulting recruiting experience in a corporate or agency environment.
- Professional services industry experience, with successful recruitment of senior‑level professionals.
- Proven expertise using a breadth of sourcing tools and platforms, and writing detailed candidate presentation summaries.
- Track record of negotiating offers and selling company values and rewards to candidates.
- Commitment to continuous improvement and innovative solutions that enhance efficiency, effectiveness, and client service.
- Passion for staying current on emerging trends and understanding their application in a professional services context.
- Written and verbal English language skills;
French an asset.
Annual salary range: CA $75,000 to $110,000, determined by skills and experience.
