Are you a motivated individual eager to work as part of a dynamic network operations team? Successful applicants will deploy and operate workstations for mid-enterprise clients in Western Canada. You will have opportunities to work on projects and operational environments, as well as travel to client sites.

Responsibilities
  • Managing client workstations
  • Develop and maintain network schematics and documentation
  • Assisting with remote user setup (VPN)
  • Installing applications
  • Monitoring and managing backups
  • Maintain service requests (tickets)
  • Assisting network analyst with onsite installs
Qualifications
  • Microsoft 365 Certified Fundamentals - beneficial
  • MCSA – Windows 11 - beneficial
  • Retired Microsoft certificates are acceptable
  • Two-year field experience in systems support
  • One - two-year program from technical school – focus on Information Technology - required
  • Ability to work independently
  • Ability to work onsite
  • Clear criminal record check
  • Ability to learn and adapt to changing environments
  • Ability to adapt with changing client requirements
  • You must be able to work inhouse with our team, remote work is not available
  • Ability to work onsite with clients
  • Applicants must possess a valid Canadian driver’s license held for a minimum of five (5) years and provide evidence of current and continuous Canadian automobile insurance coverage for that duration
