IT Support Coordinator

Position: IT Support Coordinator at Northern Health

As a key member of the Information and Technology Services department, you'll autonomously manage complex technical challenges for senior leaders. Your expertise in hardware and software configuration will support a wide range of users with specialized needs. Key Responsibilities:

• Provide advanced IT support to senior leadership

• Troubleshoot complex technical issues independently

• Install and configure hardware and software solutions

• Manage mixed vendor environments with expertise

• Serve as a liaison to interpret client needs effectively

Requirements:

• Degree in Computer Science or related discipline

• Five years of recent IT experience

• ITIL Foundation Certificate; ITIL Managing Professional preferred

• Industry-recognized certification in end-user computing

• Valid B.C. Class 5 Drivers License
