Key Responsibilities:

• Manage real-time decision-making for active incidents onsite

• Monitor IOC dashboards for alerts and operational impact

• Validate ticket prioritization and direct follow-up tasks

• Coordinate smart-hands activities for GPU clusters and networks

• Conduct root-cause assessments and structured shift handovers

Requirements:

• Over 3 years in mission-critical data center operations

• Expertise in IT hardware and facility incident management

• Proficient in ITSM ticketing and root-cause assessment

• Strong skills in coordinating on-site technician support

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical field or equivalent experience
