In this position, you will ensure incidents are resolved within established SLAs while effectively managing service requests. You will also work closely with various IT teams and suppliers to maintain system performance and availability. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to a zero-carbon energy future while enhancing your technical skill set.
Key Responsibilities:
• Ensure incident resolution aligns with SLAs
• Proactively manage service requests to assist users
• Identify root problems for service improvement
• Work with internal IT teams and third-party vendors
• Maintain application performance and stability
Requirements:
• Knowledge of desktop/laptop hardware and network configurations
• Familiarity with Windows 10/11 and telephony technologies
• Proficient in Active Directory and Office 365
• Strong interest in networking and hardware install
• Understanding of ITIL and root cause analysis is beneficial
