Position: Service Support Analyst )
Position Summary  Northern Health is seeking a Service Support Analyst to join our Information & Technology Services department. Utilizing ITIL best practices, the Service Support Analyst is responsible for providing technical support services, working with both internal and external parties to support clients and technologies. The role involves analyzing and diagnosing problems, formulating solutions that require considerable knowledge of both the technology and the end‑user environment.

The analyst guides clients in the appropriate selection and use of technology to meet their evolving needs. Responsibilities include the full lifecycle of associated hardware and software in the areas of Unified Communications (UC) including wired rooms and audio/visual equipment, Compute Devices and associated Peripherals, Output Management, and Application Integration across both physical and virtual environments. The position provides service to various locations;

periodic travel is required to service and refresh on‑site equipment within the Health Authority.
Shift Rotation / Hours of Work  Monday to Friday, Days - 08:00 to 16:00
Qualfications   Grade 12.
Graduation from a recognized two (2) year computer system technology diploma program, plus three (3) years recent related experience.
Or an equivalent combination of education, training and experience.
Valid Class 5 Drivers License.

Location  This position will provide service to various locations; periodic travel will be required to service and refresh on‑site equipment within the Health Authority.
