Technical Support Analyst

Position: Northern Health Technical Support Analyst
Help clients thrive with Northern Health as a Service Support Analyst in Information & Technology Services. Utilize ITIL best practices to solve technical issues and support technology needs.

In this pivotal position, you will provide technical support services to both internal and external clients, analyzing and diagnosing problems effectively. The Service Support Analyst will work with Unified Communications technologies, compute devices, and application integration while managing hardware and software life cycles. This role may require traveling to various locations within the Health Authority for on-site service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide technical support in Unified Communications and technologies

• Analyze and diagnose technical problems for clients

• Manage full lifecycle of hardware and software

• Guide clients in technology selection and usage

• Travel to various locations for equipment service

Requirements:

• Grade 12 education completion

• Two-year diploma in computer system technology

• Three years recent related work experience

• Valid Class 5 Driver’s License

• Strong verbal and written communication skills
