This position requires 3-5 years of experience in IMAC, deskside support, and break-fix activities. Candidates must have strong internetworking capabilities and relevant certifications, including A+ and either Cisco or Microsoft. Emphasizing customer service, communication, and independent working skills is crucial for managing multiple tasks effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
• Execute hardware roll-outs and refreshes efficiently
• Provide deskside support and troubleshoot issues
• Lead teams and mentor junior staff when necessary
• Manage tasks with minimal supervision
• Ensure exceptional customer service in every interaction
Requirements:
• 3-5 years of IMAC and break-fix experience
• A+ certification along with Cisco or Microsoft
• Diploma from a recognized IT program
• Self-starter with solid communication skills
• Must be flexible with work schedules
Utilize your technical expertise and soft skills as a key player in the Desktop Support Team.
