Our client, a growing multi-site organization, is seeking an IT Operations and Infrastructure Manager. This full-time, permanent role combines leadership with technical involvement, focusing on Microsoft 365 and Azure environments. You will oversee IT operations, ensuring stability and performance while collaborating with internal teams to deliver tech solutions effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage IT operations and infrastructure across the organization

• Ensure high performance and uptime of systems and user environments

• Lead support delivery for Microsoft 365 and Azure

• Troubleshoot complex technical issues as needed

• Maintain relationships with vendors and service providers

Requirements:

• 7-10 years in IT operations or systems leadership

• Strong experience with Microsoft 365 and infrastructure stack

• Hands-on troubleshooting skills

• Background in multi-site IT environments

• Proven ability in service desk and cloud platforms
