Join CCS as a CRM Technical Business Analyst to play a pivotal role in enhancing Salesforce capabilities across Canada. This hybrid position is perfect for those skilled in business analysis and technical documentation.
As part of the CCS team, you will gather and document essential business and technical requirements for various teams. You will also analyze Salesforce features and collaborate with other technical professionals to ensure optimal solutions are implemented effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead requirements gathering sessions with stakeholders
• Analyze business needs versus system constraints
• Document process flows and acceptance criteria
• Execute test plans, including functional and regression testing
• Monitor Salesforce releases and recommend adoption
Requirements:
• Post-secondary education or equivalent experience
• 3-5 years of experience with Salesforce implementations
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams
• Experience in data governance practices
