Position: Lead, Cloud Services at Northern Health
Take a pivotal leadership role with Northern Health as Lead, Infrastructure & Cloud Services. Oversee essential cloud and infrastructure operations to enhance patient care and organizational effectiveness.

As a key leader, you will guide teams responsible for delivering critical infrastructure services and managing cloud solutions at Northern Health. Your five to seven years of IT experience, particularly in complex environments, will be essential in supervising staff and addressing operational challenges. This role demands strong leadership abilities, effective team coordination, and a thorough understanding of IT service management practices.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead infrastructure teams to ensure operational readiness

• Coordinate workload and manage operational priorities

• Oversee lifecycle management of services from onboarding to retirement

• Foster effective communication with technical teams and service providers

• Develop and maintain operational documentation and standards

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field

• 5-7 years of IT experience focused on infrastructure

• 2+ years of operational leadership experience

• ITIL Foundation certification preferred

• Valid B.C. Class 5 Driver's Licence
