In this independent contractor role, you will coordinate with site managers and clients for project setups. Operate the Matterport Pro3 to gather accurate 3D and LiDAR data, then edit and tag models for optimal presentation. Upload finished projects to the cloud for seamless client access.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate preparation with clients and managers

• Capture high-fidelity data using the Matterport Pro3

• Edit and ensure accuracy of scanned data

• Add necessary tags and labels to the models

• Manage and upload project files to the Matterport cloud

Requirements:

• Must own a Matterport Pro3 device

• Willing to sign NDA for confidentiality

• Pass a criminal background check

• Experience with 3D modeling and editing tools

• Strong communication skills for client interaction
