This position is designed for individuals committed to resolving IT incidents and fulfilling requests efficiently in alignment with Service Level Agreements. You will proactively manage application performance and collaborate with various internal and external IT teams to ensure effective service delivery and stability.
Key Responsibilities:
• Ensure adherence to SLA while resolving incidents
• Promptly address service requests from users
• Analyze and identify underlying issues for improvement
• Collaborate with internal IT and external suppliers
• Maintain high application availability and performance
Requirements:
• Solid expertise in desktop/laptop hardware
• Experience with Windows 10/11 and telephony systems
• Knowledge of Active Directory and Office 365 is essential
• Understanding of ITIL principles highly valued
• Previous experience in the electricity industry is a plus
