Position: Vendor Management for Data Center Operations
Drive vendor service excellence at Podtech Data Centers in Prince George. Oversee maintenance of high-performance computing infrastructure and ensure optimal resource management.

In the role of HPC Vendor Service Manager, you will be essential in managing third-party vendor operations that support critical computing infrastructures. You will coordinate service schedules, support break-fix processes, and ensure compliance with operational standards. This position blends technical understanding with vendor relationship management to ensure timely response and repairs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as point of contact for service providers

• Coordinate repairs and maintenance activities for hardware

• Ensure site safety and operational compliance

• Manage RMAs and parts logistics efficiently

• Conduct vendor performance assessments regularly

Requirements:

• Relevant degree or equivalent experience in technology fields

• 3+ years in data center or vendor service roles

• Proficient in managing hardware support and lifecycle

• Understanding of HPC and enterprise environments

• Excellent organizational and communication skills
