In the Information & Technology Services department, you will analyze issues and provide solutions for clients both internal and external. Your expertise in Unified Communications and Application Integration will guide clients towards effective technology use. You may also be required to travel for on-site equipment refreshing and service.
Key Responsibilities:
• Analyze and resolve technical support queries
• Guide clients on technology selection and usage
• Manage hardware and software life cycles in environments
• Support Unified Communications plus AV systems
• Travel to Health Authority locations for on-site service
Requirements:
• Significant knowledge of technology support
• Experience diagnosing hardware/software issues
• Availability for travel as needed
• Expertise in Unified Communications
• Strong analytical and interpersonal skills
