In this position, you'll be responsible for resolving incidents in line with Service Level Agreements while managing service requests. Close collaboration with internal IT and third-party vendors is vital to achieve successful service outcomes. Your dedication to customer support will ensure timely updates throughout the support process.

Key Responsibilities:

• Address incidents efficiently in accordance with SLAs

• Process and fulfill service requests in a timely manner

• Determine root causes for issues and suggest improvements

• Partner with IT teams and external suppliers

• Maintain application stability and performance

Requirements:

• Strong knowledge in desktop hardware and network setup

• Proficient with Windows 10/11 and telephony solutions

• Familiarity with Active Directory and Office 365 tools

• Understanding of SCCM and anti-virus technologies

• Knowledge of ITIL principles for service enhancements
