Join Artemis Gold as an IT Support Specialist at the Blackwater Mine Site. This position requires a strong technical background to deliver exceptional support and maintain secure IT operations on a two-week rotation.

As the IT Support Specialist, you will report to the IT Superintendent and focus on delivering responsive and professional service across multiple locations.

Your role includes diagnosing and resolving technical issues, provisioning user access, and ensuring compliance with security standards. You will also create user-friendly documentation to empower staff.

Key Responsibilities:

• Address and enforce safety standards diligently

• Provide timely support via various channels

• Troubleshoot hardware and software failures

• Control user access within Azure Active Directory

• Maintain workstations and ensure system security

Requirements:

• IT diploma or relevant degree required

• Three years in service desk or IT support role

• Expertise with Microsoft 365 and endpoint devices

• Knowledge of cybersecurity fundamentals

• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
