The Maintenance Systems Coordinator will lead the development and sustainment of the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) for Wood Products Canada. They will be the champion for CMMS to help deliver operational excellence through industry-leading maintenance performance.
A day in the life of the Maintenance Systems Coordinator includes:
Coordinate CMMS development and sustainment utilizing the Enterprise Asset Management platform – ‘Octave Attune EAM’Wood Products Canada representative for the North American EAM Sustainment TeamLead the management of the EAM platform with ITPoint of contact for EAM integration issues with other systemsLead systematic management of the EAM platformCoordinate mill standards, procedures, reporting, protocols, standardization, development and policies for EAMCreate Cognos reports and/or grids to display mill dataCreate Work Instructions for EAM TasksOnboarding and systems trainerAct as data steward for all EAM-related dataRepresentative on Canfor’s Digital Manufacturing InitiativeOwner of flow charts that define roles and responsibilities for maintenance work-flowThorough understanding of maintenance needs and work order flowMember of the ‘Best in Class Maintenance Steering Team’ (BCM)Administrator of the BCM Share Point Shares ownership in Engineered Mill Drawing RepositoryDocument and share best practices, like winterization lists etc.Create and report out on standardized KPIsAssist with the sustainment of a condition monitoring system (Augury)Other duties as assigned as a ‘one-point of contact’ for Maintenance SystemsFor this role, you’ll come equipped with:
Experience supporting systems, training, documentation, and action trackingExperience with MS Office, Excel, Power BI, and CMMS platforms like EAMMaintenance background and/or Manufacturing Industry experience are assetsTrade Certification and/or Post Secondary Diploma/Degree in related field are assetsStrong interpersonal skills and the ability to work in a team environmentWell organized with the ability to work independentlyThe salary range for this position is: $79,$113,
