As a Procurement Sourcing Specialist at Drax, you will be responsible for sourcing and contracting operational services for pellet manufacturing plants. Your expertise will guide negotiations and risk management while collaborating with internal teams to streamline the Procure-to-Pay process.

Your role will focus on enhancing supplier relationships for optimal overall value.

Key Responsibilities

Manage sourcing and contracting processes for operations

Support procurement targets with effective cost-saving strategies

Ensure seamless contract handover to contract owners

Assist in daily operations within the P2P process

Act as a liaison for supplier onboarding and post-contract support

Requirements

Preferred degree in relevant field

Profound understanding of contractual obligations

Proven negotiation experience with minimal support

Robust capability to navigate stakeholder conflicts

Excellent verbal and written communication skills
