Salary Range: $19.00 to $20.00 hourly
As a Merchandiser at Northland Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram, you will manage and organize vehicle inventory, ensuring vehicles are displayed, labeled, and ready for sale or auction. You will work closely with sales, service, and finance teams to maintain accurate inventory records and support business goals.
Responsibilities- Post pictures of vehicles and upload them to the internal system.
- Stock vehicles into the dealership’s inventory management system.
- Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date inventory records.
- Conduct regular physical inventory audits and reconcile discrepancies.
- Monitor inventory levels to ensure adequate supply for sales and service departments.
- Coordinate the receipt, storage, and distribution of vehicles within the dealership.
- Update inventory status—including new arrivals, sales, and transfers.
- Generate and analyze inventory reports to provide insights to management.
- Work closely with sales, service, and finance departments to support inventory needs.
- Ensure compliance with dealership policies and industry regulations.
- Perform vehicle appraisals.
- Purchase cars from walk‑in customers, online sources, or auctions.
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Experience in the automotive or hospitality industry preferred.
- Knowledge of CDK computer operating system or similar systems is an asset.
- Professional appearance and excellent customer‑service skills.
- Conscientious, thorough, accurate, and reliable.
- Phenomenal interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
- Accurate and efficient typing skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proven ability to multi‑task in a high‑volume, fast‑paced environment.
- Sound business judgment and a problem‑solving, client‑focused, results‑oriented approach.
- Excellent document creation, reviewing, and proofreading skills.
- Process‑oriented with superior attention to detail and accuracy.

- Valid driver’s licence and safe driving record required.
- Legal authorization to work in Canada.
- Bilingual skills in French and English preferred.
