Introduction
We are looking for a Manager, CNS Order Management NCA to join our Consumables Supply Chain organization. In this role you will lead end‑to‑end order execution across Canada, ensuring high service levels, availability, and operational efficiency. You will have a strong impact on customer satisfaction, supply reliability, and operational performance, collaborating closely with market areas, business lines, logistics, sourcing, and supply chain stakeholders to ensure seamless execution from order entry to material availability.
You will report to the Director, CNS Order Management NCA
. This position is based in Canada with hybrid working options available. Travel to other locations is expected 5‑10% of the time. You will lead a team of 5‑8 order management specialists focused on end‑to‑end order execution, customer service, and supply chain excellence.
- Manage and coach a team of order specialists.
- Ensure strong execution of customer orders and backlog management to accelerate net sales.
- Use supply chain analytics and AI-enabled tools to identify risks, system gaps, and improvement opportunities.
- Own backlog processes, governance routines, escalation paths, and performance tracking.
- Act as a stakeholder escalation point for order‑related issues.
- Ensure compliance with processes, policies, and trade requirements.
- Collaborate cross‑functionally to ensure material availability and seamless end‑to‑end order execution.
- Drive performance and contribute to developing ways of working across the region.
- Solid experience in order management, project management, and supply chain operations.
- Proven leadership skills and ability to develop high‑performing teams.
- Strong stakeholder management skills in a matrix organization.
- Experience managing escalations and driving resolutions in complex situations.
- Strong user of AI tools for analytics, reporting, and process improvement.
- Experience with KPIs, performance follow‑up, and data‑driven decision‑making.
- Interest in process development and continuous improvement.
- Strong communication skills in an international environment.
