Two (2) Weeks On – Two (2) Weeks Off Rotation

• Demonstrate effective safety leadership by addressing and enforcing BW Gold's safety standards, procedures, and safety systems.
• Working with a range of different cleaning equipment.
• Handling a variety of chemicals and hazardous goods used in cleaning procedures.
• Working independently as well as in a team environment.
• Demonstrating good time management and work ethic.
• Following cleaning policies and procedures and completing them in a timely manner.
• General clean up of the processing plant. Snow shoveling and salting of the road surrounding the processing facility.
• Shoveling and sweeping of ore spilled in crushing area or slurry in wet plant.
• Assisting others in the department with required tasks.
• Ability to understand and take direction from supervision as required.
• Ability and desire to learn additional skill in process operations.
• Support various processing circuits.
• Other labour related duties as required.

• Minimum 1 year experience in an industrial setting, preference given to experience in a mill or mining/processing site considered an asset.
• Valid driver's license preferred.
• Skid steer, forklift, zoom boom is considered an asset.
• Experience working with chemicals or reagents is an advantage.
• Ability to work at a remote location camp on a 2 weeks on/2 weeks off rotation.
• Comfortable working and living in close quarters with the team.
• Ability to maintain high levels of performance over 12-hour shift.
• Ability to lift/move up to 50lbs throughout a work shift.
• Ability to work in extreme weather conditions.
• Ability to work night shift.
