Night Shift Field Janitor

Position: Night Shift Field Janitor at Summit Camps
Summit Camps is seeking a dedicated Field Janitor to keep the camp clean and safe for all residents. This role includes working night shifts, focusing on all aspects of janitorial duties.

As a Field Janitor, you will be responsible for the cleanliness and organization of facilities within the camp, including shared bathrooms and public areas. A valid Class 5 Driver’s License, along with a Standard First Aid certification is required, while previous experience in housekeeping or janitorial roles is preferred. Candidates must be adaptable, reliable, and capable of working independently in a remote environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Execute daily cleaning duties as specified

• Maintain sanitation of shared facilities and outdoor areas

• Regularly empty garbage and recycling bins

• Organize cleaning supplies efficiently

• Assist with maintenance tasks and responsibilities as needed

Requirements:

• Class 5 Driver’s License with no infractions

• Standard First Aid certification is necessary

• Experience in a camp or hotel cleaning role preferred

• Ability to work in a drug-free camp environment

• Must be physically fit to manage lifting and extended working hours
