Building Maintenance, Maintenance Technician / Mechanic, Facility Maintenance, Maintenance Worker
Maintenance II is accountable to the Supervisor, Operations for performance of daily routine minor maintenance activities to ensure that the property and its grounds are kept in exceptional condition and are presented favourably to the Tenants and general public (shopping centres of up to 1 Million Square Feet).
Key Duties- Building Inspections: Assists with routine inspections and preventative maintenance of non-vital building systems, performs roof maintenance, drain and leak inspections, complies with health and safety policies, logs maintaining records and assists with preventative maintenance of site vehicles.
- Building Maintenance: Performs minor repairs and installations for non-structural systems (plumbing, light fixtures, painting, etc.), keeps all maintenance repair logs.
- Exterior Maintenance: Groundskeeping, parking lot upkeep, landscaping, flower planter assembly, lawn mowing, sprinkler system operation, garbage pickup, snow removal.
- Tenant Services: Maintenance and cleaning of vacant spaces, responds to tenant requests for maintenance of common areas.
- Any other job related duties and/or projects that may be assigned.
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in building operations or general maintenance.

- Valid driver's license is an asset
- Previous experience in a shopping center environment is an asset

Annualized Base Salary Range: $50,000 - $60,000 CAD.
