As a Custodial Team Lead, you will play a pivotal role in organizing and executing cleaning schedules while mentoring a team of custodians. With 3-5 years of custodial experience and leadership skills, you will ensure the overall cleanliness and safety of residential and public spaces while adhering to organizational standards.
Key Responsibilities:
• Direct daily tasks for custodial staff
• Schedule and monitor work quality effectively
• Conduct regular inspections for cleanliness
• Train new staff and handle performance feedback
• Report on operational needs and concerns
Requirements:
• Must hold a high school diploma or GED
• Minimum 3-5 years of custodial experience
• 1-2 years of supervisory experience required
• Criminal Record Checks needed for all candidates
• Must have valid driver’s license and WHMIS Certification
