Northern Health is on the lookout for a proactive Lead to oversee the management of facility technologies, including safety systems, lighting, and communications. You will leverage your leadership experience to guide your team, prioritize tasks, and ensure that critical services meet established operational standards. Engaging collaboratively with Facilities Management and service partners is crucial.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead operational delivery of facility technology systems
• Manage team performance and escalations
• Uphold service priorities and workloads
• Coordinate with IMIT peers and external providers
• Ensure compliance with safety and operational frameworks
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
• 5-7 years in facility technology systems
• 2 years in a leadership capacity
• Lifecycle support experience preferred
• Valid B.C. Class 5 Driver's License
