Key Responsibilities:

• Lead custodial operations across various properties

• Schedule and assign cleaning tasks to your team

• Monitor the quality of cleaning and conduct inspections

• Train and mentor new custodial staff daily

• Communicate staffing and operational needs to management

Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED is required

• 3-5 years of custodial work experience

• 1-2 years of leadership experience needed

• Must maintain a Criminal Record Clearance

• WHMIS Certification and a valid driver’s license required
