Make Space Storage is hiring a Part-Time Maintenance Coordinator in Prince George. This position focuses on property maintenance, equipment operation, and administrative tasks to support site efficiency.

As a Maintenance Coordinator, you will be responsible for diverse tasks including property inspections, equipment maintenance, and conducting necessary repairs. The role promotes safety and cleanliness within the storage facilities and requires strong organizational skills to manage multiple responsibilities effectively. Key Responsibilities:

• Safely operate and maintain forklifts and equipment

• Conduct seasonal maintenance and inspections

• Perform minor repairs and upkeep of facilities

• Keep yard and work areas tidy and functional

• Assist with administrative duties including data entry

Requirements:

• Prior experience with forklifts required

• Experience in property maintenance and landscaping
