Position: Morguard Maintenance II Role
Elevate your maintenance career at Morguard! We are seeking a Maintenance II to perform essential repairs and upkeep at our shopping centers, ensuring they are safe and visually appealing.

As a Maintenance II, you will bring at least two years of maintenance experience to our team. Your duties will involve conducting inspections, performing minor repairs, and managing the upkeep of the property's exterior and grounds. You'll also ensure adherence to health and safety regulations while addressing tenant requests and maintaining cleanliness in common areas.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with building inspections and preventative measures

• Handle minor installations and repairs, including plumbing and carpentry

• Maintain grounds with activities like lawn mowing and snow removal

• Support tenant needs and clean vacant areas

• Keep accurate logs on all maintenance activities

Requirements:

• 2 years of experience in building maintenance

• Strong problem-solving and organizational skills

• Neat uniform and professional appearance

• Client service focus

• Valid driver’s license is a plus
