Key Responsibilities:

• Provide thorough cleaning for business offices and apartments

• Perform floor care including vacuuming and buffing

• Compact and remove trash from community areas

• Maintain landscaped grounds and public walkways

• Address basic maintenance tasks and notify management of needs

Requirements:

• Ability to complete Atria training programs

• Basic math skills for measuring and calculations

• Flexibility to work varied shifts and schedules

• Experience with hand tools and light power tools

• Proficiency in understanding safety instructions in English
