Job Overview:Reporting to the Yard Supervisor you will be responsible for:
Demonstrating Four Rivers Co-operative’s values of Service, Integrity, Excellence and ResponsibilityWorking with team members who deliver excellent service to make all guests of our feel “at home.”Operating a forklift to unload supplier trucks in a safe and efficient mannerLoading customer vehicles ensuring excellent customer service and correct products are loadedPerforming cleaning and general upkeep of the facility including keeping yard/storage areas are cleanEnsuring company policies including the Health and Safety program are always adhered to
What You Bring:
Self-motivated with a positive attitude and the ability to work outside in all weather conditionsThis position is physically demanding, requiring the successful candidate to repetitively pull, lift and carry 50lbs throughout each shiftAdaptable, organized, efficient and committedBe a team member with exceptional interpersonal and communication skillsDemonstrated ability to handle multiple demandsA commitment to quality and an eye for detailForklift experience would be considered an assetExperience in retail in a similar position with a valid driver’s licenseYou are results-oriented and strive to be the best in what you doYou believe in building relationships and collaborating to deliver solutions that matter most, and you recognize the value that different perspectives bring to meet shared objectives
