As a Housekeeping Attendant, you will work permanent part-time hours at the YMCA, ensuring all spaces are clean and ready for member use. Your duties include general cleaning, maintaining recreational areas, and supporting maintenance tasks. Engage positively with members and staff to maintain a welcoming atmosphere in a purpose-driven community facility.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform daily cleaning as per the work schedule

• Support the Maintenance and Housekeeping Team

• Conduct grounds maintenance, including snow clearing

• Maintain clean change rooms, bathrooms, and fitness areas

• Service fitness equipment and interact with members

Requirements:

• Experience in building maintenance or cleaning

• Valid Standard First Aid with CPR-C

• WHMIS Certification

• Capability to meet physical job demands

• Satisfactory Criminal Reference Check within six months
