Your role will cover inspections of non-vital systems, minor repairs, and exterior landscaping to create a welcoming environment. You'll also be responsible for responding to tenant requests and keeping accurate maintenance logs for compliance and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct routine inspections and maintain building systems

• Perform minor repairs and touch-ups across the property

• Manage landscaping and outdoor maintenance tasks

• Respond to tenant requests for general upkeep

• Maintain logs for repairs and inspections performed

Requirements:

• 2 years of relevant maintenance experience

• Good organizational skills and detail-oriented

• Mechanical aptitude and good appearance

• Strong client service skills

• A valid driver’s license is advantageous
