As a Housekeeping Attendant, your primary responsibility is to maintain cleanliness in the facility, ensuring it meets the highest standards for community health and enjoyment. You'll undertake various cleaning duties and assist in minor maintenance tasks while engaging positively with members.

Your role contributes to the overall experience at the YMCA, promoting a healthy and inclusive community.

Key Responsibilities:

• Carry out scheduled cleaning tasks efficiently

• Assist with maintenance support as needed

• Maintain change rooms, bathrooms, and fitness areas

• Keep grounds clean, including snow and garden care

• Foster a welcoming environment through member interaction

Requirements:

• Background in cleaning or maintenance roles

• Current Standard First Aid with CPR-C certification

• Must possess WHMIS Certification

• Ability to handle physical job demands

• Criminal Reference Check must be provided within six months
