Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct preventive maintenance tasks regularly

• Repair and maintain plumbing and electrical systems

• Inspect and troubleshoot mechanical equipment

• Monitor temperature and humidity levels daily

• Navigate the CMMS for work order management

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in a maintenance role

• Knowledge of safety protocols and maintenance procedures

• Effective oral and written communication ability

• Clean Class 5 driver’s license

• Strong time management skills under pressure
