Position: Building Maintenance Caretaker Role
Become a vital member of Northview as a Building Caretaker in Prince George, BC, responsible for maintaining residential property standards. Support a welcoming atmosphere for residents and hotel guests.

In this position, you will report directly to the Property Manager while performing cleaning, minor repairs, and groundskeeping activities.

Your role is crucial in ensuring the safety, cleanliness, and attractiveness of common areas and grounds. Engage with residents to ensure their concerns are prioritized.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain cleanliness of floors, windows, and fixtures

• Perform seasonal groundskeeping including snow removal

• Report property concerns and coordinate required follow-ups

• Respond to resident requests with professionalism

• Ensure safe use and organization of cleaning equipment

Requirements:

• Background in cleaning or maintenance preferred

• Strong communication and customer service abilities

• Capability to handle physical tasks outdoors

• Familiarity with cleaning procedures and equipment

• Must clear a criminal record check
