As an Operations Supervisor, you will oversee daily tasks in our retail center and office environment. This role demands excellent communication skills and the ability to perform hands-on maintenance work. You will collaborate with custodial teams and report directly to Property Managers, supporting essential operational workflow.
Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise custodial staff and ensure work completion
• Assist with maintenance and on-site project coordination
• Document incidents for safety compliance
• Facilitate vendor relationships and service requests
• Conduct inspections of facilities and safety systems
Requirements:
• Strong interpersonal skills with the public
• Maintenance experience is essential
• Ability to lift equipment over 50 lbs
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
