Industrial Services Operations Manager

Position: Industrial Services Operations Manager Role
Join GFL as an Operations Manager to lead the Industrial Services Team in Prince George, BC, focusing on safety and effective project execution. This hybrid role includes both office duties and fieldwork.

Reporting to the Director of Operations, you will play a pivotal role in managing daily operational tasks. Your work will involve team leadership, financial oversight, and site inspections. You will also cultivate strong client relationships, ensuring optimal service delivery and compliance with all safety regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Uphold Health & Safety as the primary focus

• Mentor and supervise union and non-union staff

• Conduct site inspections for resource verification

• Assist with financial forecasting and budget management

• Build and maintain strong customer relations

Requirements:

• At least 5 years in project management or leadership

• Experience with high-pressure water jetting preferred

• Deep understanding of industry-specific cleaning practices

• Ability to develop detailed project schedules

• Excellent organizational and communication skills
