This hybrid role places an emphasis on collaboration to drive efficiency across Financial Centre locations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage operations at Financial Centre locations

• Lead and develop the resource administration team

• Conduct regular performance reviews and goal setting

• Identify advisor training needs and recommend programs

• Facilitate just-in-time technology support and training

Requirements:

• University degree and 3-6 years of relevant experience

• Proven leadership and coaching capabilities

• Strong communication and presentation skills

• Bilingual proficiency as required

• Ability to travel for training and meetings
