Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and develop a team of rental professionals
• Oversee the rental process from inquiry to delivery
• Manage fleet allocation and equipment readiness
• Prioritize equipment repairs and maintenance schedules
• Handle rental contract audits and operational reporting
Requirements:
• 3-5+ years in rental industry experience
• Proven leadership experience in operational execution
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Knowledge of power generation and related equipment
• Mechanical or electrical background is an asset
