• Manage daily plant operations to meet schedules and standards
• Develop business plans including labor and production costs
• Supervise staff and conduct performance evaluations
• Implement operational improvements and enhance efficiency

• Minimum ten years in manufacturing; five in leadership
• Wood products manufacturing experience is preferred
• Bachelor’s degree preferred
• Knowledge of lean manufacturing methods
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and ERP systems
