Production Labourer

We are currently seeking a Production Labourer to join our Mat Plant Operations team. In this role, you will support the production of access mats in a manufacturing environment, helping ensure quality products while maintaining a safe, organized, and efficient worksite.

• Keep up with the production line to meet operational targets
• Complete finishing tasks accurately and in a timely manner
• Perform general labour duties related to mat production
• Work with the supervisor to maintain an orderly and safe worksite
• Follow all company safety policies and procedures
• Maintain and clean tools, equipment, and work areas

• Operate power tools and production equipment safely and efficiently
• Support basic equipment upkeep and report issues as required

• Previous physical labour experience required
• Lumber or manufacturing industry experience is considered an asset
• Experience operating power tools and equipment preferred
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and schedule

• Strong team player with a collaborative mindset
• Demonstrates a strong commitment to safety
• High attention to detail and quality of work
• Strong work ethic and reliability
• Ability to communicate professionally with coworkers and supervisors
• Basic understanding of conflict resolution and employee relations practices is considered an asset

• Grade 12 education preferred
