Position: Recycling Forklift Operator 1

What you’ll do
As a CR Operator 1, you’ll be at the heart of operations—right on the floor where materials take shape. Your day-to-day:

Perform daily pre-trips / blowdowns on equipment prior to operating

Load and unload outbound trucks

Remove bales from baler and stack in yard

Remove glass bags from dock area – and stack in yard

Help sort Recovery Plus loads and PSB Bales

Tip glass bags when needed

Complete necessary paperwork related to shipping/ receiving / production etc.

Maintain a clean work area and enforce safety expectations/ violations

Help in other areas when required.

Able to keep calm in a highly intense environment.

Excellent attendance record

Able to work unsupervised and as part of a team

Positive attitude and willing to learn

Support the team and pitch in on various tasks as needed
