Inventory Specialist at Pacific Western Brewing

Join Pacific Western Brewing in Prince George, BC as an Inventory Specialist, managing packaging material life cycles and ensuring seamless production processes. This role emphasizes inventory management, purchasing, and detailed reporting.

In this position, you will report to the Plant Manager and oversee the forecasting and purchasing of packaging materials. Your key tasks will include monitoring inventory levels, placing orders, and coordinating production schedules to prevent shortages. Engage in customer service support during peak times as well.

Key Responsibilities:

• Record daily production inventory and reconcile packaging materials

• Monitor stock levels across three warehouse locations

• Upload inventory data to Liquify for real-time tracking

• Conduct physical counts and audits to ensure accuracy

• Provide support for Customer Service during peak periods

Requirements:

• Secondary school diploma; post-secondary in inventory or logistics preferred

• 1–3 years in inventory control or manufacturing environments

• Proficient in ERP or inventory systems like SYSPRO

• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
